Whats the difference between Ferrari and Ferarri?

I just found some old Ferarri sunglasses that fold up transformer style in a drawer at my grandparent's house. I was wondering if these were Ferrari (the car) or some off brand. And has Ferarri changed its name or something? Why are there two spellings of it, and what is the difference?|||They are another brand.





Ferrari is a car company. They also make their own sunglasses.
