Do you think ferrari need ross brawn and rory byrne back to design next year car?

and maybe some new drivers?

and if so which drivers should ferrari go for because KR and FM are ok from pole/ near the front, but seem to give up if they fall behind?|||A question for you, this season who is so great from behind? Its not just the driver's attitude, its a physical impossibility to overtake a matching machine this year. The Ferrari strategies havent really flopped this year, so maybe not Ross Brawn. The Ferraris have the faster cars (before anyone bashes me, take a look at the number of fastest laps this season) but this lasts only for a few laps. So maybe Rory Byrne could make a difference here, mabe just that fine touch, a few tenths faster every lap...

24fan, the "hack" hauled a car that he had driven just 3 practice laps to fifth in the grid and 3rd in the race. Kimi had his lapses, but recently he is making amends. In Monza we werent fast enough, it wasnt his fault. That was after a 300 kmph crash! So if Kimi can give the same commitment, I am happy with the present lineup.

But any day I'd join to say "Please Michael"|||Seems like Ross was the brains (or a major part of them), but what did he do that made the cars so reliable?|||yes there the men for the job|||Man I love this question. Yes if Honda or Toyota doesnt buy ross brawns services then jean todt and ferrari need him back. I also think they need to get rid of that hack of a driver they call kimi raikkonen. Kimi continues to prove that he cant focus on f1. I like Massa but he has had reliability problems all year. If Ferrari wants to win I would go after robert kubica or get on my knees and say 'PLEASE MICHAEL"|||The Ferrari camp is falling apart around their own ears this year, with terrible reliability and patchy performance.

As they will never be able to find an Italian engineer good enough, they certainly need Ross Brawn back in the fold.

As for drivers, apparently Jean Todt has been given a vast amount of money to entice Lewis Hamilton into the Ferrari team.|||Ferrari has proven to be as fast as Mc.Laren this year winning and losing in equal parts. The big problem has been reliability, and that is not part of the Ross Brown or Rory Byrne jobs.
